This properties is located in the Orange Tree Subdivision just off of US-27, 4 miles north of US-192 and only 12 miles from Disney. (view position). Within 3 miles of the house on US 27 are a Winn-Dixie grocery store and a Wal-Mart Supercenter. Also within 2 miles are various restaurants including Chilis, McDonalds and Wendys. This home has one of the largest pools and pool decks in our inventory. There is even a TV on the pool deck.
