Young children will love the tot-lot playgrounds (there`s 2 of them), and will spend hours on the climbing frames, swings and equipment. Older kids and the young at heart will enjoy playing in the sunshine on the Indian Creek putting green, tennis courts, soccer pitches, baseball nets, and lots of open spaces to enjoy. Just 2 minutes from the entrance to Indian Creek guests will find the famous highway 192 in Kissimmee and the Formosa Gardens shopping mall and eatery. Some of the best known restaurants in Central Florida are located at Formosa Gardens, with an Outback Steak House, Red Lobster, Giordano`s Chicago Pizza restaurant, Carabba`s Italian, Cracker Barrel, Chinese, Subway and Taco Bell take aways, as well as shops, a Winn Dixie supermarket, and much more. This home has a spacious vaulted family room with ceiling fan to relax in during the day or evening, with a sumptuous deep-cushioned sofa, love seat and easy-chair, stereo system, Large screen TV, and DVD/VHS player to enjoy and watch your favorite movie. If you need to surf the web during your stay, the owner has thoughtfully provided high speed wireless internet access Step out from the family room under the shaded lanai with ceiling fan, and sit and eat al-fresco on the cushioned recliners, or watch the warm Florida sun set to the West. Or step out on to the sun-baked, South-facing pool deck, and dip in to the cooling and sparkling waters of the pool and separate spa pool! When you want to really soak in the sunshine, laze around on one of the sun-loungers, and take in all that Florida sunshine. The pool is provided with a removable safety fence for extra added protection for young infants should you need it, and all doors leading on to the deck area have been provided with additional safety locks and switchable alarms. The pool has a gas powered pool heater for use in the cooler months. Another great feature of this great Disney area villa is that 2 of the bathrooms can be accessed directly from the pool deck area so the kids won`t have to walk all through the villa when they need to go! The formal dining area has seating for 6 plus another 4 in the breakfast nook and additional tables and chairs are of course supplied for the pool deck area. The master bedroom enjoys a king-size bed, cable TV/DVD/VCR, nightstands with lamps and a clock/radio/alarm, ceiling fan, dresser and a master bathroom with his `n` hers vanity basins, large walk-in shower, roman tub, toilet, hair dryer and walk-in closet. The second and third master bedrooms each provide Queen size beds for our sleepy guests, with night stands, ceiling fans and lamps, dresser with cable TV, plus closet space and a master or adjoining bathroom. The last two bedrooms each offer the perfect pad for the kids - or the young at heart, each with 2 twin beds, night stand, lamp, ceiling fans, alarm clocks, dresser (one with cable TV) and closet space. Each of these bedrooms has a nearby family bathroom with bath, shower, sink and toilet. For extra flexibility, the sofa in the family room can be converted to a double sleeper sofa if required. The kitchen has been equipped with everything that you could need to provide a family feast to enjoy together either at the dining area off the main family room, or at the breakfast nook or out by the pool.
